Hum of tyres on hot tarmac
Hum of flies in the woods
Cycling shorts, humming.

A Haiku is ancient Japanese poem, supposed to pack in a whole vision of life in three short lines and seventeen syllables.

Western versions are more relaxed with the syllable count, but otherwise the idea is the same.

The above is my attempt. To be pure, I suppose comedy is inappropriate. But I always use comedy inappropriately. Try a Haiku yourself.
