I’m going to snore,
I don’t care a bit,
You can shout and scream
And have a fit,
But I don’t care,
I’ll just sleep through,
And snore like mad
In spite of you!

I’m going to snore
Just as I please,
I’m done with trying,
Things that ease_
Your nasal passage,
Unblock your nose,
Or open airways
That’d rather close!

I’m going to snore,
‘Cause strips don’t work,
And they make you look
A bleeding berk,
And sprays that free,
One up from snot,
Can make you “high”,
If you sniff a shot!

I’m going to snore,
It makes me proud,
To bellow noises,
Out aloud,
The room vibrates,
It’s “shock and ore”,
Through ceiling, wall,
Or up through floor!

I’m going to snore,
But please do sleep,
And if you can’t,
Try counting sheep,
Or sleeping pills,
Might calm such fear,
Or try a bung,
One in each ear!

In honour of Terry,
A mate who had snored,
I’m determined to never
Have snoring outlawed,
There’ll be snoring parties,
And a festival for more,

Please have a good night,
But remember, I’ll snore!
